Use this form to request eligibility to enroll in McCoy College business courses as a Visiting (Transient) or Special student. Enrollment eligibility in McCoy College business courses is contingent upon the following:

• Admission to Texas State as a Transient or Special student
• Satisfactory completion of all course prerequisites
• Verification of degree-seeking status at the home institution and approval of a Texas State academic advisor
• Course seat availability

• Monitor your email: You will be contacted by email from a McCoy College Academic Advisor for next steps on sending home institution verification of TXST courses you plan to enroll in and how to register for them.
• Approval for enrollment will only be granted if you meet all required course prerequisites for the requested courses and the requested courses can be verified as degree requirements at your home institution. Delays in providing home institution verification will increase request processing time.
• Processing time for requests vary and may take up to 10-15 business days depending on department availability for courses requested.
• Approval for enrollment does not guarantee registration in your requested courses. Final enrollment in approved courses is contingent on seat availability.
